Kevin Bream
has over 40 years of experience with Frederick American as a player, parent, volunteer, and board member.  His two boys both played in FALL and Kevin played for AMVETS from 1975-1978.  Kevin has lots of experience with FALL and Little League from which to draw on for the future of the program.   Kevin has non profit experience as well as program evaluation and education.  Kevin also provides many updates for our history page on the website.

Tim Cox
has a great love for the game of baseball and teaching the fundamental skills needed for each child to understand the concepts of the game. He has an abundant desire to see children really enjoy and understand the meaning of good sportsmanship, camaraderie, team work and competition. Tim has raised a son who came up through FALL (T-Ball-Majors).  Tim has been in Frederick for 25+ years and from the day my son and I started our FALL experience, I have supported the organization.

Joe Garcia
is returning as a Board member for 2020.  His son graduated from FALL in 2015 and he is anxious to come back and help grow participation in our league .  Joe was our Coach of the Year in 2015.  Joe has experience with administration, non profits, community service, education, fundraising, event planning, and public relations.

John Harris
is serving on the Board for his third year and always has a can do, get it done approach for the league.  We value his experience as a community leader as well as his never ending dedication to FALL as a dad, sponsor, and volunteer.  John has experience with non profits, management, community service, program evaluation, communications, and getting his hands dirty when the work needs to be done.

Denise Motok is beginning her 5th term on the board and has spent many years involved in organizations that serve our youth. She has always chosen to create or be involved in organizations with a mission to keep the child's best interest as the
focus. She brings a wide range of experience from being a member to holding a board position to co-founding an organized league for girls. This gives her a broad perspective to all aspects of an organization from that of a parent of a player all the way through the responsibilities of following by-laws and organizational rules.

Cathy Wilson
has been a league volunteer for 19 years and is beginning her 14th year on the board. Cathy has organized FALL events; Fundraisers, Opening Day, Hit-A-Thon, All-Stars, registration, and assessment days for many years.  Cathy focuses on community involvement and out-reach by speaking to families on a one-to-one basis about the benefits of children learning to play baseball.  She also enjoys speaking to our business & community members about contributing to our players by sponsoring and donating. Cathy has attended numerous trainings, showcases and clinics over the many years.

Rick Wilson
has been in the league for 21 years and served in numerous roles including field maintenance, treasurer, player agent, assistant coach and manager in minors, majors, machine pitch and tee ball, Vice President, and President.  Little League baseball can be an enriching experience for kids and parents and his goal is to make it the best experience possible for all the kids while following the rules, regulations, and spirit of Little League baseball.
