LEAGUE ELIGIBILITY POLICY
I/We agree to provide proof of address. I/We understand that our child must be eligible under the address and age regulations of Little League Baseball to participate in this Local League, and that if any controversy arises regarding address and/or age, the decision of the Charter Committee in Williamsport shall be final and binding. I/We further understand that if any participant on a team does not qualify for participation in the league based on address such participant forfeits Tournament privileges.
VOLUNTEER POLICY
Only approved adult volunteers are permitted on the field to work with the players. ALL teams are limited to 1 manager and 2 assistant coaches. No one else is permitted in the dugouts during games.
ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO POLICY
It is the policy of Little League Baseball that all fields and all events associated with LLBB be alcohol and tobacco free. Smoking at the fields is not permitted.
INJURY POLICY
Participation in baseball may result in serious injuries and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and we do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Frederick American Little League, Little League Baseball, incorporated, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, and participants from any claim arising out of out of any injury to my/our child whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds in all levels are provided on a case by case basis as determined by the leagues Board of Directors. We will not guarantee any refunds but will work with families as needed.
TRYOUT POLICY
I/we agree that our child may be required to try out for a team. If such does not attend at least 50 percent of the tryouts said child will not be eligible to participate in the majors division until the proceeding year.
